Johnny is the band leader and majors as a bass player. He composes and arranges music as a professional. Johnny is a University of the Philippines Teachers Diploma in Music undergrad. He currently resides in Singapore and performs at Indochine Empress Place. He is also the musical director of Indochine.
He plays sophisticated music catering for the upmarket clients. The music is Motown Retro 70's, Smooth Jazz, Crossover and Funk. His band maintain consistency in their classy approach. This kind of music favours most expats, tourists and young local sophisticates with spending power. There will be no karaoke sessions or cheap singalongs as this will drive the target client away. Pipe in music will complement the live music. The band will help provide the management with complementary pipe in music.
